Position Duties
The successful candidate will ensure the development & implementation of Human Resources policies; direct activities in the area of employee relations, hiring, benefits, policies, etc. in order to promote good employee/management relations; ensure efficient operation of the department.
Basic Requirements
To be considered for this job, applicants must meet these basic requirements:
Proven safe work record required.
Bachelors degree preferred.
5-7 years human resources experience in a mining environment or comparable experience to substitute for Bachelors degree required.
PHR Certification preferred.
Proven success aligning HR Business Strategy with the value of the business required.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast paced environment required.
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and organizational skills required.
Strong computer skills to include advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.
Positive and supportive attitude required.
Immediate opening for a contracts administrator. Must have US Contracts experience, strong negotiating skills, desire to keep project moving forward, and ability to understand complex contracts, complex financial situations/calculations and technology specifications. Resumes must reflect US contracts experience. They may say government contracts - so make sure it is US - not the department of transportation. This person will be working IDIQ contracts, incremental funding contracts, for propulsion articles, new prototype builds, re entry vehicle shielding, mini rockets for small unmanned airplanes, etc. Really cool technology.
Requires a minimum BS and 6 years experience in US Government Contracts and US citizen. Will relocate.
