    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Working with management team to map out a strategic operating plan to meet revenue and profitability goals. Review ongoing performance results to target, takes corrective action when needed. Establish operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality and on-time delivery. Evaluate the current supply chain in Europe and take action to improve and streamline operations where appropriate. Identify and execute cost improvements, shorten lead-times, evaluate customer base, etc. Identify and implement changes in process to avoid operational bottlenecks.
